If you use this website without transmitting data to us in any other way (e.g. by registration or use of the contact form), we collect technically necessary data, which is automatically transmitted to our server, among other things:

  • IP-Address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Browsertype
  • Language and version of the browser software
  • Operating system

This is technically necessary in order to display our website to you. We also use the data to guarantee the security and stability of our website. The legal basis for the survey is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

Use of cookies:

We use cookies to facilitate and improve the use of our website. Cookies are text information that is stored on a computer when you visit a website via the web browser. This serves to recognise a session, for example when logging in permanently to a website or when using the shopping basket function of an online shop.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. You can delete saved cookies at any time via the settings of your web browser. You can also adjust the settings of your web browser so that no cookies are saved. In this case, not all functions of our website may be available.

When a contract is concluded, we collect personal data about you. This concerns for example first and last name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. We use these data exclusively for the fulfilment of our obligations from the contract with you. For example, we use your address to send you the goods ordered, or your e-mail address to contact you.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of the contract with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If you also give your consent, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Data Transfer to Order Processors:

For processing, we make use of auxiliary persons, especially in the area of IT. As so-called contract processors, they process your data for us and are obliged to handle the data with care. Such order processing exists, for example, when we store data in an external computer centre. We use such service providers in these areas:

  • IT
  • Telecommunications
  • Sales

Further Information regarding Data transmissions:

We transmit personal data to external parties in order to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. We are required by law to transfer data to government authorities, e.g. tax authorities, supervisory authorities and law enforcement agencies. When transferring data to external bodies in third countries, i.e. outside the EU or the EEA, we ensure that these bodies treat your personal data with the same care as within the EU or the EEA. We only transfer personal data to third countries where the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or where we ensure the careful handling of personal data through contractual agreements or other appropriate guarantees.

Storage period:

We only process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you. Your data will be blocked or deleted once our contractual obligations have ceased to apply.

In addition, there may be legal storage obligations, for example commercial or fiscal storage obligations (e.g. Commercial Code, Tax Code). If such storage obligations exist, we block or delete your data at the end of these storage obligations.

Your rights:

Here you will find your rights regarding your personal data. Details can be found in Articles 15-21 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation.

  • Right to information
You may request confirmation as to whether we process any personal data that concerns you. If this is the case, you can request information about this personal data as well as further information, e.g. the processing purposes, the recipients and the planned duration of storage or the criteria for determining the duration.
  • Right to rectification and completion
You may request the correction of inaccurate data. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you may request the completion of incomplete data.
  • Right to cancellation (“right to be forgotten”)
You can demand deletion if processing is not necessary. This is the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the original purposes, if you have withdrawn your declaration of consent under data protection law or if the data has been unlawfully processed.
  • Right to limitation of processing
You can request the restriction of processing, e.g. if you are of the opinion that the personal data is incorrect.
  • Right to data transferability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
  • Right of objection
You may object to the processing of certain personal data concerning you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. In the case of direct marketing, you may at any time object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such advertising, including profiling in so far as it is linked to such direct marketing.
  • Right to revoke your data protection consent
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. However, the legality of the processing carried out until the revocation is not affected by this.

You can also file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time, for example if you believe that the data processing does not comply with data protection regulations.

Application Opportunity:

You can apply on our website or by e-mail. When you apply, we collect and store the data that you enter in the input mask or that you send us by e-mail. We process your data only for the purpose of processing your application. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO. If we cannot offer you a position, we will store your data for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the application process.

Contact Form:

On our website you can enter personal data via a contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect and store the data you enter in the input mask (e.g. last name, first name, e-mail address). A passing on to third parties does not take place. In the case of consent, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. If your request serves to prepare the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO is an additional legal basis. We use the data exclusively to process and answer your request.

Google Analytics:

We use Google Analytics to analyse and improve the use of our website.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The legal basis for the processing of data with the help of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

We use Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This shortens the IP addresses (so-called IP masking). A reference to certain persons can thus be excluded. Google participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. This ensures an adequate level of data protection even in the exceptional cases in which Google transfers personal data to the USA.
